Ask Us Most

Honest answers about how ChurchAutomate works, what it costs, and whether it is right for your church.

Getting Started

How long does it take to get started?

Most churches are receiving content within 5 business days of their strategy call. Day 1 is the call, days 2-4 we build your templates, and day 5 you get your first delivery.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just your church logo, brand colors (if you have them), and 20 minutes for the strategy call. We handle everything from there. We may ask for access to your social accounts and a sample bulletin or newsletter to match your existing style.

Do I need to know anything about AI or technology?

No. You email us your sermon info once a week. We do all the AI-assisted writing, editing, designing, and formatting. You approve the final content — that is it.

The Service

Will the content actually sound like our church?

Yes — that is the whole point. Before we write a single word, we study how your pastor communicates, read your past bulletins, and learn your theological tradition. Churches tell us the content sounds more like them than what they were producing themselves.

What if I want to change something after you send it?

Email us. Revisions are included in every plan. We turn around most edits within a few hours during business days. We would rather get it exactly right than ship something you are not proud of.

How much time does this save me each week?

The average church staff member spends 6–8 hours per week on content creation and communication. With ChurchAutomate, that drops to about 15 minutes — reviewing and approving what we deliver.

What if I have a special service — Easter, baptism, Christmas?

Special services are included. We build custom bulletin and social content for Easter, Christmas, baptism Sundays, membership Sundays, and any other significant services. Just give us two weeks advance notice.

Pricing and Contracts

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. ChurchAutomate is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We do not believe in locking churches into contracts — we believe in earning your business every month.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. The first month price is your ongoing monthly price. We absorb the cost of onboarding because we are confident you will stay once you see the results.

What is the difference between the Starter and Pro plans?

Starter ($197/mo) covers your weekly bulletin plus newsletter. Pro ($397/mo) adds social media posts, prayer follow-up emails, and a dedicated account manager. See the pricing page for full details.

Is This Right for My Church?

We are a small church with a tiny budget. Is this for us?

Yes. We built ChurchAutomate specifically for churches with 50–200 members — churches that need professional communication but cannot afford a full-time communications director. The Starter plan at $197/mo costs less than a part-time admin working two hours a week.

We already use AI tools ourselves. Why would we pay for this?

Great question — we wrote a whole page about it. See why DIY AI is not the same thing.

What if we are not happy with the service?

Cancel. No questions, no guilt. We will even help you export your templates so you can take them with you. Our goal is for every church we work with to feel like the service is one of the best decisions they made for their ministry.
